Yalmar Ventures Limited is seeking diligent candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy, a Data Processing Personnel/Computer Operator. The candidate must have a firm working knowledge of creating documents of various types, Powerpoint presentations, prepare an Excel spreadsheet data with basic knowledge on calculation. A decent typing speed/skill is required.

Responsibilities
- Managing a proper document filing and record-keeping
- Recording information as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Computer operator with data entry skills
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with electronic email services (Email)
- Must be meticulous about file and document management
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work with people at various levels up to senior management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Maintain Ethical behaviour.
- Ability to communicate via SMS, Whatsapp, in person, or over the phone with great efficacy.
- Highly organized and meticulous about your work as well as your work area.
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to develop and maintain relationships through effective communication.
