Yalmar Ventures Limited is seeking diligent candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy, a Data Processing Personnel/Computer Operator. The candidate must have a firm working knowledge of creating documents of various types, Powerpoint presentations, prepare an Excel spreadsheet data with basic knowledge on calculation. A decent typing speed/skill is required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a proper document filing and record-keeping
  • Recording information as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Computer operator with data entry skills
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with electronic email services (Email)
  • Must be meticulous about file and document management
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work with people at various levels up to senior management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Maintain Ethical behaviour.
  • Ability to communicate via SMS, Whatsapp, in person, or over the phone with great efficacy.
  • Highly organized and meticulous about your work as well as your work area.
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to develop and maintain relationships through effective communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
